Learner Autonomy and Learning Strategy Use before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic

This study aims to explore the autonomy level and use of language learning strategies in a preparatory school state university before during COVID-19 pandemic. One hundred fifty-five students from participated research. For data collection, Oxford’s Language Learning Strategy (LLS) learner questionnaire developed by Zhang Li were used. Means, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson’s r-correlation used analyze data. The results showed that while participants’ pandemic was high, it moderate. Additionally, LLS questionnaires moderate proportion after Finally, correlation analysis determine relationship between indicated there is positive linear use.
